Hey Masters! If you ever find yourself triggered by something that evokes the emotional reaction of “jealousy”, then I believe it’s a great opportunity for self-growth. If you can pin-point the beliefs that are making you feel that way, then you can change it easily! I hope the perspective and mindset we share in this video can serve you and your relationship. It’s about cultivating the confidence, trust and abundance mentality that will transform your relationship.

@@ProjectLifeMastery I really need help... I'm very jealous in my relationship and I'm afraid I'm ruining it. He's done things in the past that makes it hard for me to trust him, and he swears he never would do anything again, and I've been cheated on in the past many years ago, so I'm traumatized from this... How do you not get emotionally hurt by something that truly and deeply hurts you? I feel a tormenting emotionally agony and then I go completely insane and black out and lash out. I really want to be better. Any tips? Thank you. 🙏🥺❤️ You both are so wise. I appreciate all you've said ...

I didn't have a jealousy issue. But last August my husband cheated on me at his sister's destination wedding. I think if I have another relationship, I may get that fear of it happening again. Trust and loyalty is such a HUGE thing for me. It's like a rare precious stone. If a partner can't give you that, move on...you are worth waiting for.

I want to have a relationship like that. I feel like he’s not giving me enough of that reassurance though. One day we’re ok, the next day he’ll angry at me for something for something trivial and threatens to end it. I do love him, I’m just tired of feeling like any little argument will just break it. Not sure what to do

Thank you so much for this video. I divorced my husband of almost 10 years back in January. We still have much love for each other but we weren’t growing and we felt it was best to let go. We have taken an unusual road and have remained friends. It’s been very difficult at times especially for me because he is casually dating. This break has made me see different perspectives in myself, mindsets and made me face my low self esteem head on. I do not want to be jealous. I am happy for him and I want to continue to project that feeling and not have fear/jealousy live inside of me. I am actually seeing him today just to hang out. I so appreciate the both of you. Thanks again!!!

You have some interesting points here (confronting fear), but it is more difficult to subscribe to these ideas if you have "barely ever felt jealousy". How can you give advice if you cannot be empathic about and relate to what WE go through? It was an opportunity for you to help, not create an air of 'being above it'.

You are so welcome! When we get triggered by our partner, it's our job to explore what is going on inside of ourselves. When you experience jealousy, take a step back and ask yourself, “What about this situation that triggered me to react in this way?” There are certain principles that have led Tatiana and me to be so confident in our relationship and in ourselves. Recently, we filmed a video together where we shared our best relationship advice from being together for the last 7+ years - kzbin.info/www/bejne/rofJqHedhZd4fa8
