Thank you all for the kind words about my redesigns. I would love to do more, but for my own safety, I cannot. I'd rather not be associated with Sonichu or Chris-chan anymore. (no, I'm not a transphobe, in fact, as a trans man who suffered dysphoria all his life, I can see CWC doesn't have dysphoria, therefore isn't trans and is likely doing it to garner attention.) Any character can be made good... but sometimes, it takes somebody else getting involved. Hell, CWC doesn't really artistically respect his work, but just dorks around with it. Courtney actually made things interesting.

I think (and this is my opinion) Chris shouldn't be angry at her because it's a redesign. It's not like she claimed to own the characters, she simply drew what she thought would look good. Nothing changed, Chris. Your Sonichu characters are still yours. Her KZbin channel is still hers. He seems to be a weird Shadow/Mewtwo/Pikachu hybrid. It would be kinda neat if he had some sort of torn scarf/clothing that loosely resembled Mimikyu. Doesn't really play into the whole "Pikaclone" theme that the others have, but the design could probably work with the whole "edgy rival" thing he has going on. (Although, to my limited Pokemon knowledge, Mimikyu was never much of a "rival"...in the games...)

Fun fact: Sonichu 3 (the issue where the Chaotic Combo debut and have their backstories told) was finished in February of 2006. This was before Pokémon Diamond and Pearl was released. (Later on in the same year) In short, Chris could be forgiven for not having Angelica or the nuns worship Arceus since, at the time it was written, nobody knew about Arceus.

Chris is making this card game with other people's art and the character from Skullgirls and you know what? When you are a creative with amazing ideas but little actual talent in the doing of it, you need a filter guy to process and make sense of it all. Take George Lucas, for instance! The prequel trilogy is George Lucas with no filter: amazing ideas but awful writing and execution. The original trilogy is George Lucas *with* a filter: the ideas progress logically and build up over time (though ROTJ is still kind of a mess). The sequel trilogy is when it's no George Lucas and *all* filter: a bunch of kind of okay ideas that don't really fit together but the effects are great and the characters are likable.
