you had asked in a video if this was a late 99' or early 99'.. this truck is a late 99' , the difference in them is the air intake on a early 99' pulls off the wheel well and the late pulls of the front by the drivers side headlight.. lol I have an early and a buddy has a late. I changed my air filter systemic 03'

In the beginning gesturing at the door panel I semi-consciously thought you were instructing with a banana as a pointer. Good call on testing the mirrors right after you plug em in. What brand are these, if you recommend them?

@@ts6141 I realized a few seconds into this video I would prefer these over the rectangular mirrors, but I'll smoke the lenses or find mirrors with them already smoked. The rectangular mirrors don't do it for me, too much contrast with the 99+ body style.

Tires and rims look good love the mirrors but I want to stick with my simple ones I think but I learned a lot thanks for the update. I wanted to ask where is a good place to order the bolts for factory running boards I got a set from a friend but he didn't keep the bolts and I have some tube style bars that just sit too low in my opinion
@ProjectTimeGarage2 жыл бұрын
The mounting hardware is nothing special. They're basically just steel U-Nuts. I'd go with maybe 3/8 U-Nuts and 3/8 bolts, maybe 2 or 2.5 inches long.

Should I be worried or just wait to see what happens? I don't see any issues with the transmission it seems to perform great and shifts good and hard it will snatch you in the seat going to second and you feel it pretty good going to third as well
@ProjectTimeGarage2 жыл бұрын
@@Popeye85 It's just a safety issue, really. The parking pawl won't affect shifting at all. I wouldn't be afraid to drive it, just afraid it would roll away and cause some issues that way. As long as you remember the parking brake, I'm sure it'll be fine.
