@grandmasterj53 ай бұрын
@@circleinfo I've been a professional illustrator for many many years for all the big name brands you can think of. I know how handing over a project works and I know how all stages of development to final works What you seem to be missing here is that you don't need to give out editable files for this to work. A simple and final vector file and illustrator turntable will work with this. Same as all other AI software so far. A company or individual will be able to type in eg. "fun fries cartoon character". Illustrator then renders multiple options for them. Then they use turntable to get whatever angle they want. Literally almost no need for an actual illustrator then, especially at the character creation/development phase. A company can now type in a phrase and almost 100 versions with instant results for next to nothing. Around $12 dollars per month. If they paid an artist that could take days of back and forth and costs hundreds just at the development stage. Literally no need for an artist then, so giving out editable files means nothing if you don't have the work in the first place. You're also missing that the average person/consumer doesn't always pay much attention to the details. Like I've said, AI accounts on Instagram are now becoming more popular than actual artists pages. The viewer often doesn't think/care about the process behind the picture, just what they see in front of them as the end result

There's no doubt that this is a remarkable advancement in technology, and I applaud the innovation. However, I can't help but feel sympathy for those who have dedicated years to mastering their crafts, such as 2D artists, 3D artists, and music creators. With AI now providing incredibly powerful tools that allow one person to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously, the landscape is rapidly changing. While some may argue that this is "financially efficient," there's also an ethical concern. These skilled artisans are being edged out of the competition, potentially losing their livelihoods as a result. It's a stunning technological achievement, but equally unsettling is the speed at which it's progressing, consolidating more power in the hands of individuals with access to these tools.

It will also mean anyone can reach a high enough level to make great art, sell their services etc, but who am I or any illustrator/animator to gate keep creativity? The challenge now becomes who can tell the best story vs who is the most technically skilled. Quality will always be quality. It was one of the amazing features of Adobe flash which I noticed wasn't spoken about at all at Adobe Max. This feature should've been demoed within Adobe animate as it would really help speed up animation! Don't get me wrong. This is absolutely amazing. Just not sure why you guys ignore Adobe Animate.

This is awesome. Is this released yet? If not, when will it be ready? Because I'm not seeing this in either the current version or the beta.
