You could definitely do that, but you wouldn't want to have the primary target being "Spotify" but rather "KZbin" instead. I'm not sure how well it would compare to running ads directly on KZbin via Google Ads but it could be worth a shot.

I'd recommend anything between 10 - 25 seconds, since attention spans are screwed up
