Thank you for following the channel! I often talk about the price per SQM, a good indicator when trying to establish a refurbishment budget. Nevertheless some finishes, can affect the budget as you can imagine. A total refurbishment of this kind and standard, would rotate around the €1500 psqm Obviously it is worth to keep in mind at a lower rate, surface areas that are not part of the floor plan, roof terrace, stairwell, balconies etc
