as someone who live nearby, ppl need to keep in mind on how bad the traffic will be during peak hours. the only way to enter and exit the site now is through the olive hill commercial area and the exit from olive hill is essentially a cross intersection with no traffic light. Not to mention all the double parkings when ppl trying to pick up their kids form tution centers😩

Exactly. I used to stay around this area . There are times where I joined the jam even before passing through my guard house. Imagine that.

I think the no balcony choice makes sense. Cuz near forest likely have mosquitoes in the evening. It's best to just see from the comfort of your home. Looks very convenient. But the traffic comments from other people does feels a bit concerning

I would suggest you check out the site personally to verify the traffic conditions then. Maybe during the time of my visit was off peak hours that’s why I didn’t felt it was a concern. Do pay the sales gallery a visit to find out more:)

@@iherng I just visited the gallery 2 days ago. The sales person said they actually have a new layout where there will be balcony included. So for those that want to buy will have to buy now before the price hike/increase.

Currently I living at SK ONE Residence which is close to Olive Hill commercial area too....the traffic is no jokes esp the intersection in between Olive Hill and opposite shoplots without traffic lights. One thing for sure like Sean mentioned, your mind will asking you to cari makan instead of go hiking nearby since its overabundance of local foods, restaurants, cafe etc

Few thing need to highlight, Bukit serdang is quite a lot " Hakka " People, most of the "Hakka" people are around there. Pasar Malam was nearby on it and reach to Pasar in Serdang and Pasar Borong are very connivence.

I find it strange that the master bedroom is not facing the façade. If the small room is not modified, it will receive little natural light, coming only from the small opening near the toilet.

Thanks, Sean, I learned a thing or two about properties in general even from reviews for locations that I'm not interested. Curious on what's your thoughts on this one compared to those in Equine Park, both have many commercial activities, nearby MRT, and connected to MEX.
