Live in FL USA, I find home prices in THE PH to be overpriced. But I would have no problem paying PHP 13.5 M this home. It is priced right.

Yes...i live on the beach in Bradenton and its a bit crazy to see the prices in Phil. About 2.5x compared to Thailand. But this is Baguio so prices are even higher. For rental income you are way better off buying in US for rental income since rents are very high. This is a nice house though but you still have regular taxes and vat tax too

I would have a garage door installed. Kaya naman with Baguio temp, di masyadong mainit. Love love the Scandi feels of the house. Would've been nicer with built in robes in the other two rooms. Otherwise a very beaut home. Those sliding glass doors are def a major selling point. Ganda!

This is in Baguio, most probably in an area where water has to be delivered and stored, this isn't the only place in the Philippines where there is no continuous water in the tap. It's a downgrade but not necessarily a huge problem.
