Wow, beautiful spot, My daughters would have their horses in heaven there, I like the wash-up idea, I think I will steal that one for sure, my mower deck is a little smaller but still a pain to clean, I use a Husqvarna electric auto mower to do the lawn close to the house, just use my deck to keep the pastures even.

I highly recommend mulching blades for their mowers. Mom would spend 3 days mowing & dumping grass for 1 acre on a John Deere rider with a bagger. A decade ago we put on the mulching kit with high skepticism from the parents. They hated having clumps of grass left behind. Now their done mowing in a few hours. No clumps or piles.

I know this’ll sound stupid , but if you list some help from Adam from hometown acres , and get out there and wheedeat under the fence and do in sections , then spray it with a kill all to stop the grass and weeds from growing up underneath the Fence line again

Doug, you property is beautiful, I have never seen a 'gang mower' like that. back in the day we used reel mowers, I think there were 7 of them, 4 followed by 3, ganged togeter to mow the golf course.
