I have a mansion where I could let the roof slide open like a convertible house and it comes with SRS floor curtain airbags, in case me or my elderly parents fall! I helped build it myself. I often let the roof back to take in the air from outside to grill inside. If it's raining, I have a tube that connects from the outside to blow 🌬️ air inside from the outside so I can grill. I can also partially open the roof, like a sunroof on a nice vehicle. 😊

are you kidding me? Not only is this house just big and bland, it's situated in the middle of nowhere; no views whatsoever to speak of. Contrast that to vancouver's mountains to the north, and the fraser river or the majestic pacific ocean views (for those mega mansions, anyway)... I'd honestly rather live in a $600k condo with ocean views in vancouver than this house, even if i was a billionaire.

Calgary's houses seem more modern from the building materials to furniture. I see space, I see comfort, I see a different architectural pattern.
