Having watched this and the other parts i saw the foundation was taking a big share having the trenches as deep as 5 ft , the one thing i noted with this precast is that you have to finish a certain phase in one go (CON) but you save on manpower, clutter that comes from stone which usually is unaccounted waste and this can be done when you are away (PROS) its therefore great way for moving with speed and achieving a lot .in remarkable shot time, its a good budget for a house of this size

As an advocate of affordable housing, I love this concept. Currently, I have a project that should be coming up in Ugunja-Siaya County and the main delay for me has been how to implement affordable housing for the 14 units Rural Air BnB. My main thoughts has been how one can have the panels done on site or how the panels can be rightly built within the house frame after doing the pillars? This is my mind boggling question. It would be interesting to hear what others think, for instance after doing the pillars and entire frame, can we put up the panels/walls rightly using a webbed wire, and slotting required pipes as needed? Is this possible? What do Engineers think and Non-Engineers too😊😊😉😉

I have a problem with that metallic stove. It is a safety concern not just for kids but for everyone. First of all it is placed in an area where it curtails movement. Secondly if it was hot and someone accidentally tripped on it, it could burn someone coz it is metallic. Just touching it may cause damage to skin. Else, everything else is great

That is a beautiful house, however the kitchen workmanship is bad! The fundis who installed the backsplash tiles (in the dining and kitchen) messed them up by not cleaning the cement, and then the painter decided to make matters worse by not properly wiping off the paint that had spilled on the tiles!
