The context is so out of place I can't even understand how Muslims believe this. Isaiah 29:12 is about people not understanding or believing the visions of Isaiah. As it clearly says in the next verse: "Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men"

You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness. Isaiah 29:12 is a prophecy of Muhammad also? It says "Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, “Read this, please,” they will answer, “I don’t know how to read.” But Jesus quoted the very next verse saying this a prophecy about the blind guides like the religious leaders of his time! Isaiah 29:13 "The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught.[b]" This is proof muhammad is a false prophet! A blind guide and like the blind lead by the blind you use a prophecy about blind guides to try and support Muhammad when it condemns Muhammad and you don't even know it. Jesus is here spelling it out for you clear as day. I say this with love, the way the truth and the life is Yeshua. Don't follow Muhammad to the pit. You've been warned. Ask Yeshua to reveal himself to you. Read the Gospel of John. He will answer your heart.

Well, still he have a very good point. I would argue, that is exactly the point - when the Children of Israel, "throw away the book behind their backs as if they didn't know" - they closed their eyes - blinded themselves to the truth... so Allah gives the revelation to one who cannot actually read - the unlettered prophet whom is mentioned in their scriptures in the verse such as this one... YES, it's a judgement text, and the result of it is the news of a new revelation - Al Qur'an, given to one who cannot read. Our beloved pbuh. Not the one's who "will not read".

The Israel nation is disobedient. In the past it was given to learned (prophets of Israel). But that ended due to a seal (incidentally our prophet is called seal of the prophets). Later on it was given to unlearned (gentile). At beginning he couldn't as well but it changed when he recited it in the name of Allah. For a time the people didn't accept him. But a while later they accepted him and the book opened the eyes of the blind (verse 18). That's usually how we interpret it.

And yes it is not explicit. It is a typology with the scroll of Isaiah being the type and revelations in general being the antitype. The book of verse 18 is a future book in the plain sense.

Well, given the fact that Judaism and Christianity predated Islam in Arabia (the region of Kedar and Sela), this verse is likely referring to the first time when these people were introduced to the word of God, which happened through the Torah. Furthermore, it does not say that a prophet will march, it says that "The Lord" will march.

Isaiah 29 is in the context of Jerusalem, not Hira. Also, it's a judgment passage--God is refusing to let Israel read as punishment for their sins. Read it in context if you don't believe me. Dr. Naik is being dishonest in his use of the Bible. If you're a Muslim, you need to abandon his arguments.

Isaiah 29.12 explain the blindness that has come on the Jewish people because of their fall away from The God of the universe. They were suppose to be the wife of JHWH. 29.11-12 is absolutly NOT about Muhammed. Revelation 6.1 could be Muhammed as the cresent moon is a islamic symbol.

@@agadirand4four347 Isaiah 42:12 says something interesting: Let the desert and its cities raise their voices; let the villages of Kedar cry aloud. Let the people of Sela sing for joy; let them cry out from the mountaintops. The context is that they should be happy for this servant of The Lord which is to come. That passage is clearly prophet Muhammad ﷺ enters into Medina. Mountain of Sela is in median, and it was named such before Islam. Kedar, we all know who Kedar is from genesis 25 which tells us Kedar was the second born to ishamel. That passage is clearly about the noble prophet Muhammad ﷺ . My Reply: The word "Sela" here is NOT a name, its a DESCRIPTION, if you google translate the word "Sela" from English to Hebrew, you get the Hebrew word "סלע", which means ROCK, CLIFF, STONE, BOULDER, this is referring to the mountain city now in today's Jordan, called PETRA, but at the time was the land of EDOM, called "Sela", and was also home of the Nabataeans. If you can walk then u have to stand up in prayer cuz standing up is an important part of prayer however if u can't walk u can sit. Also if u can walk but u cant bow or prostrate then u stand up and when it is time to bow or prostrate u sit in a chair that u better jeep behind you

Big lier Isaiah prophecy it's not for mahammad. Isaiah prophecy is for jew peoples and prophecy about (Jesus Christ ) man born for us, _ (Immanuel) Isaiah 9;6 it's means Jesus Christ. Isaiah 53;1-12 Jesus Christ crucified in cross . Isaiah 7;14 about virgin women give birth son who's name was Immanuel (Jesus Christ). Isaiah 40 ;11 prophecy about good shepherd. Only one verse is not enough to prove read whole chapter better to understand. (Jesus Christ is good shepherd)

Since you said in one of prvious video that Humans are left free what they do,A good deed or a sin.But except Human being every creation worships ALLAH(SW).Angels and all the creations of ALLAH(SW) worship ALLAH(SW).As you know the Devil(Shaitan) was also an angel first then why did he refuse to do "Sajdah" to Hazrat Adam(AS) on the order of ALLAH(SW)?
