I love the University town life. The Aquatic center and the lake behind the center to fish and swim outside. The taxi I think is 7-10.00$one way within cedar go anywhere for cheap I guess compared to uber car service in LA. 100 to go 10 miles

Good question, average for a 3 bed 2 bath you’ll usually see rent around $1500

Well you can be the next loony! There’s about to be 4-6000 jobs added to the city so I’d say a lot!!

It SUCKS here: 1. Ignorant, asinine drivers who cut you off frequently. Driving is DANGEROUS here! 2. Not enough jobs 3. Too much construction NOISE! 4. Too many fireworks too often! It's worse if you live in the middle of town 5. Helicopter noise pollution!
