Recipe for 4-5 pax
- Japanese Dressing -
Japanese soy sauce 日式酱油 - 1 ½ tbsp
Japanese vinegar 日式万能醋 - 2 tbsp
Honey 蜜糖 - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 麻油 - ½ tsp
Extra virgin olive oil特级初榨橄榄油 - 1 tbsp
Grated onion 洋葱末 - ½ tbsp
Black pepper 黑胡椒粉 - ¼ tsp
Roasted sesame seed 芝麻 - ½ tsp
Mix well & set aside 拌匀备用

Shred purple cabbage 紫甘蓝切丝 - 40g
Shred carrot 红萝卜切丝 - 40g
Shred daikon 白萝卜切丝 - 80g
Dice japanese cucumber 日本青瓜切丁 - 50g
Pomelo 柚子 - 1 segment
Japanese pickled ginger 日式红姜丝 - 1 tbsp
Chuka kurage 涼拌海蜇 - 100g
Chuka wakame涼拌裙带菜 - 100g
Yee sang crackers 捞生薄脆
Sashimi salmon 三文鱼刺身 - 8 slices
Roasted sesame seed 芝麻
Squeeze in lime juice挤入青柠汁 - ½ pc
