Wonderful video and sharing. I do have a suggestion. Pickles Leeks or Onions, sliced into strips, pickled Young Ginger, sliced thinly and into strips. If available, a slice or 2 of Kafir Lime leaves, for that fragrant citrusy, yet milky/creamy smell and taste.
