I’m nauseous because of the prostaglandins from my period. 🫠 Good to know

I was curious about this too. There are things that can inhibit prostaglandin and can help to relief the pain. Omega 3 balance is super important! Learned that in my medical nutrition therapy class this semester. Hence me looking it up now. Internet said zinc, magnesium, and omega 3 fish oil can help. Saw something about vitamin E is a good inhibitor, and thyme the herb as tea. Can significantly reduce the pain. But I’m still learning so ask your doctor! The Nausea and pain are equally awful
