Train hard.I do Powerlifting and don't even think of the consequences. If I'm going to die I'm going to die.Too many people are scared or overthink things.Just go hard.

My friend try to look up Avemar it's a fermented wheat germ supplement from Hungary a lot of studies supporting it's effectiveness on Cancer. Amazon sells it but expensive good luck.

Hello I have stage 4 Gleeson 9 prostate cancer With bone Mets right hip mid lower back small bit in scull Little bit in liver and aparantly lymph nodes but the doctor can feel any Anyway I do resistance exercise with rubber stretchy ones I'm I also do slot of work cleaning up my property I don't let it stop me doing all the things I used to do I go walking now the lawn I put on muscle when I exercise harder leg scwats are getting easier and more. Doctor says I going good blood is clean of any bone or excess calcium My calcium is spot on First thing in morning i eat alot of berry fruits grapes apples eat the apple seeds bananas pears then oats the 2 or three scaled eggs lunch and dinner. Fish, salads, some veges, chicken Intermittent iron and calcium supplements Sustagen drinks in between or at night when I wake up empty Bare feet as much as I can And drink enough water No sugar or alcohol or caffeine Zero beers if I need a beer Stay kleen and stay keen Cheers Dave from darwin

Thanks for sharing, Dave., and thank you, Exercise Elixir. Just discovered your channel. I initially had PSA of 525 (six months ago) and Gleeson 7. Bone mets on rib, hip, lower back. Now PSA of 3.4 after hormonal therapy (reducing T). Still walk constantly, run, push-ups, pull-ups, weight resistance, and swimming. Blood work showing great results. Phosphate at normal levels (a very important marker of cancer activity). Similar diet to you, but was warned off eggs Mostly: broccoli, tomatoes, arugula, amla powder, white tea, green tea, black tea, sardines, salmon, buckwheat, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, sunflower seeds, mulberries, blackberries, white button mushroom powder, flaxseed meal, beets, collagen, whole grain bread, tahini, coconut milk, parsley, avocado, puple yams, etc. Great to hear what you're doing.

@@davidpacheco750 hi David I am taking the avamar I have a friend that gets it in and he says he's beat his stomach cancer with it so I thought I'd give it a go I have taken it for one month so far. Cheers

If I had to choose between training for a marathon or listening to a doctor, I would choose training for a marathon! After at least 40 years of abuse from doctors I will choose anything else!

Hi Joe, even though I really support and congratulate your passion to exercise, I would strongly suggest that you should consult and work with a doctor. There are good ones out there, you just have to try a few before you find the one that works well with you! However, I'll be posting more videos on exercise and dietary recommendations.

Isn’t it basically medical malpractice to suggest anything but the standard treatments? Also, what looks like the best treatment for local PC at least is Tookad, least side effects. Approved in EU and many other places but FDA said no. It’s a light therapy created in Israel. So doctors might be “good” people but in the US they are limited in what they can say and do.
