My personal experience. I was diagnosed with PC May 2024. Before that, I had a PSA of 8 during Feb 2024, 7.7 March 2024. Early June 2024 I started mixing 3/4 cup of organic tomato sauce, organic fermented turmeric (grown in USA), and about a tablespoon of EVOO everyday. I had my PSA taken again in Nov 2024 and it dropped to 6.5. That's about a 19% reduction from the first PSA, and 15% from the second PSA, after I started the tomato dietary changes....it it the tomatoes? I think so, I hope so. I'm still taking the tomato sauce mixture daily and see what my next PSA score is...i hope this inspires or helps someone :) I still am working on building my medical team moving forward as I'm in the early innings of this journey. I believe in natural approaches but still will always keep my medical options open. The future of PC treatments/approaches is looking better than ever!

Hi, thank you for your comment. It's not about a single food even though as I say in the video, cooked tomatoes will definitely help you. It's more about having your nutrition in general be supportive in reducing your PSA. Please check my latest live stream and also please send me an email and we can work further together to help you.

Good video....but I think the comments below from people's actual experiences are even more valuable. I had no idea how high the PSA number could go if there are problems. Luckily, my number has always been under 1, not something I have had to worry about (yet).

Most importantly, doctors don't have a clue about supplements and how they affect medications. Seems this informational brief is lacking on that affects of supplements also.
what about dairy, meat , sugar, coffee as promoters of prostate growth ??????

Thank you so much Dr Georgios for all of your knowledge and great advice. Because of you I’ve been eating pumpkin seeds and will start taking the oil, powder, and eating more squash in the future. I have an enlarged prostate with slightly high PSA. The pumpkin seeds have helped my frequency and urgency of urination. My fear of having an incontinence episode has reduced greatly knowing I’m able to often delay peeing until I make it to the restroom now. With the powder and oil I hope to lessen my Symptoms even more. Thank you so much!

Check out also your Free PSA vs Total PSA. High free PSA over 20% and above and PSA between 5 to 10 big possibility that you have BPH. However if you have low free PSA below 10 and high Total PSA or even PSA below 4 this could be a concern.

How about mild estrogen treatment? mild I say. SUrely they can do some sort of DNA treatment to allow the body to accept estrogen, and treat it like testosterone, but have the cancer not recognize it. Sort of like preparing a train (the body) to only accept passengers (modified hormone) dressed a certain way, while disinteresting the others (the cancer) to willingly stay at the station and wait for another train (testosterone) that never arrives, thus starving the people (cancer) waiting at the train station.

I've been active my whole life and have had no health issues. I was laid off from my job and hadn't had a PSA test for several years. I recently started working (I'm 63) and had a physical a few weeks ago. My PSA score was 20. I almost passed out from shock. I'm being referred to a Urologist so I'm sweating out the time period. I injured my knee and have gained weight (3 months ago) but this video has prompted me to at least get back to working my upper body which I'm starting back today. Thanks for the inspiration and slapping me across the face and getting me out of the "worry" mode.

My PSA was 38. Two weeks later, they ran it again and it was 43. I was referred to a urologist. They did the touch test and determined by prostate was slightly largwr than normal. Biopsy followed and come back positive for cancer. MRI was completed and showed that there was cancer present. I had my prostate removed this past September. The cancer was confined within the prostate.

I haven't seen any studies but I would guess not! PSA is usually affected by sexual activity, mechanical tension, inflammation, prostate cancer, and infection, I wouldn't suspect not eating would affect it but I have not seen any studies with evidence in either direction

my so had a PSA reading 3 then 2 weeks later 3.4. they are sending me for further investigation. been having some issues with more uncomfortable feeling at times, no constant. in past month i’ve maybe had 3 days of going to toilet more and feeling of full bladder after emptying its i am in ask and they say anything over 2.9 is abnormal. i am 52yrs old. i have changed my lifestyle a lot food wise. i am always active but cut back on sugar intake and eating more healthy. plus been taking supplements and a glass of beetroot juice everyday. wondering if these things have in some way put my PSA up 🤔
@HealthierThroughProstateCancer26 күн бұрын
Hi, I would personally disagree about the arbitrary value that they gave you of 2.9. that doesn't mean anything. Actually it's the change in PSA that is more important, not the value itself. Feel free to let me know what happened with your PSA And if you had any exams. Increased bladder frequency can show that something is happening there with a prostate but you can need change your diet to counteract that.
