Digging under the Elder's lair. HUGE area that you can build in. Put a portal inside and you can wall it back up with earth. Just leave a small hole on the side(s) where you want to build a fire for ventilation.

I've built campfires in dungeons to recover some rest buff, but chickens in a troll cave (which my main base is built RIGHT NEXT to) is a genius idea. Thanks!

A few of them are escaping even from a Trollbase with Woodbarrier behind the Entrance inside.

Try making a double "wall" at the entrance or try making sections to some in a contained area - i did notice if i get too many they climb over each other and escape

you could even build outside the cave to make a little hobbit hole entrance :)

Idk - campfire, iron fire pit, log bench, signs and wisp torch is all you can build in a cave without a mod or digging out the build anywhere command
