Please look at my wife and I our case we are the biological parents in this matter we where found fit to parent our children and the district court judge gave primary custody of our children to a third party. We appealed to the Montana supreme Court and they decided with the judge. We only get 90 hours of time with our girls a month. Montana supreme Court case DA 23-0574. We have been completely hamstringed in this case because of the unfair child parenting plan if we go to court again for our daughters and lose we will be responsible for the multi millionaires who stole our children attorney fees.
