Could you please just tell me step by step. I'm old and don't know much about these stereos. I can't tell what it is that you're doing or which buttons you're pushing. It looks like to me that you pressed the 6, then the 3 and held them while you rolled the volume knob counter clockwise and.. well, I'm sure that I'm not seeing any of it right. I need verbal or written instruction please, and in dumb dumb terms. I would very much appreciate it.

Its gruond wire .. blackwire or radio body.. just cutoff power and connect it again

Also I have a car stereo (kenwood kdc-bt73dab) hardly used and with flashing 'protect'. I have disconnected all speakers and did the reset with the button behind the face and it is still not working. The older stereos had a hard reset by pressing number buttons (this stereo doesn't have the numbers) , do you happen to know how to do that on this stereo?
