Great quick reviews! I've forgotten so much once I've graduated medical school, I need these quick refreshers.

I' skinny, so I try to improve. I lift weights every 2-3 days. I take protein powder at least 5 days per week. My Proteinuria is 144 (double the normal level). Is that ok, considering my regimen? or is it too high regardless the fact that I take protein supplements, and I'm ruining my kidneys? should I quit protein powder? I'm 43 years old (with 2 kidney stones; 4.5 and 7.4mm).
