Protein packed Quinoa Idli / Dosa Recipe | Perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner
Ingredients:

Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Quinoa - 1 & 1/2 Cups ( I use a mixture of both Red & White Quinoa in equal quantities)
Idli Rice - 1/2 Cup
Preparation Method:

1. Soak all the ingredients separately for 6 to 8 hours
2. Grind them separately to a smooth Batter and them combine them adding enough Salt
3. Keep the Batter in a dry Warm place to ferment for at least 10 hours or until the Batter puffs up
Once fermented enough as shown in the video, you can make Idlis or Dosa as per your choice. Enjoy!!
