Kudos to you for being so clear, precise, quick and consumer friendly. Your use of malayalam in between makes you close to some readers. Thank you for educating readers so simply.

The staple delight of any Malayali household is this little piece of heaven called dosa. Dosa is so amazing yet quite simple to make - you can find it anywhere, right from the street stalls to high end restaurants! Suffice it to say that it might be one of the most important attractions of the South! It can be found in a number of varieties from plain dosa, ghee roast, masala dosa, uthappam and what not. It can also be eaten with a variety of combinations, yet the major hits would be dosa with tomato chutney, coconut chutney and sambhar. Sometimes in restaurants, they provide us a voda along with it and that is, by far, the highest point of satisfaction in appetite for me. Happy dosa! Cheers, Domenico.

Hai mam .... I have 3 doubts plz reply mam: 1. I have Sprouted Ragi flour. Instead of full ragi Can I put this flour and mix it with uzhunnu and uluva which is soaked and grind. Make the same batter like this? 2. Wood Pressed Coconut oil means Attiya Velichenna? 3. We use Brown Rice every day. I am cooking it in pressure cooker. 1 glass of rice and 2 glass of water like u said. Is that ok to cook like this everyday or should I boil rice in more water and drain it? Plz Rly ma’am
