I'm used to eating more savory breakfasts like creamed beef or eggs with hot Filipino sausage. My favorite food is sinigang (Filipino sour soup). Lee doesn't like it, but our teenage son Daniel loves it. I make it once a week. I tend to get homesick quickly when I'm on vacation. I miss my bed and the hobbies I can't do away from home. Working on my dream journal requires a computer, laser printer, page protectors, and a binder. I'm not going to drag my kettlebells on trips. I can't play my console video games that require a tv and to be plugged in. I can bring books to read, handheld video games to play, and walk/hike.

What do you think about Beef protein powder (ATP LAB , Canada )?
@MariaEmmerich7 ай бұрын
I’m not familiar with that brand, but we love beef protein isolate. Equip is our favorite 😍
@beckers687 ай бұрын
How much does a scoop measure out to? We have a different brand of beef isolate protein powder and it doesn't come with a scoop. Is it 1/4 cup? Thanks for taking the time to make this recipe before leaving. My husband was just complaining that he is tired of the meat carnivore diet. He misses his cereal! I am definitely going to make this.
@MariaEmmerich7 ай бұрын
It’s about 1/4 cup 🙏
