I have been wanting a cookie lately. I want to make this but I’m concerned about oxylates. Peanut butter and peanut butter Equip. Would this be high oxylate or relatively low??

Everyone’s tolerance is different when it comes to oxalate. Yes, there are some oxalate in legumes. But compared to say, cocoa, not as much.

I just recently found out most parchment paper...including unbleached parchment paper has PFAS coating....or silicone coatings which is super toxic.
