How about a basic at home, no weights strength and conditioning routine for beginners who are 25lbs overweight, but want to focus heavy on cardio+full court play? Like Iverson who ran around a 4:42 mile. I am a smaller guy(5'5''), so I move a lot, cardio is important for me, but still need explosion. Any help?
