The main things I would add is a poncho, 3 quarts of water storage (canteens), canteen cup and stove (much of Colorado is semi-arid), two construction grade trash bags, a sleeping bag, a more extensive IFAK and candles for fire starting and extension! A high-speed communication device! A full-tang knife and a 7" folding saw for wood processing! Last but not least instant coffee and sugar, and millennium bars, good for morale! Thanks for the video!

I'm going to check out the stream light. A head lamp is real handy. I worked outdoors now retired in heavy equipment and in the livestock industry and I guarantee hands free light is important. I have recently started to carry a small saw back machete. At 69 my eyesight is not as good as it used to be I carry extra glasses and small binoculars. The binoculars have helped in traffic jams where I could see far enough ahead to help me decide if I needed to take a different route or help me identify coyote or game that I could take in season. I also have a HAZMAT background where binoculars help identify Hazardous Materials placards from a distance.

I call BS on the sil cock versus needle nose pliers. I am currently going through a leaking coolant system that i am trying to schedule time off to make the repair. Until then, i have come across two valve key sizes and the needle nose pliers have worked in both. That covers every building in our county built new after Hurricane Michael came through.

Lots of extra crap, imo. I'd shave at least a pound and add an extra battery and maybe upgrade shelter components. Also missing some type of lock bypass tools...absolutely critical in any urban setting. I'd add a couple of rakes, a full set of turning tools, and maybe a hacksaw blade at minimum. Great video! 🙏
