What about Prostate Artery Embolization?

What about the Itind procedure. It seems to me this is the very least minimally invasive.

NEVER go for the Rezum procedure. It only works for a few short years... I really can't believe they are still doing this procedure. I'm now considering the Urolift procedure.

If someone who had a Urolift asked Dr. Meaglia if he would do an aquablation on him, what would he say??

Is bleeding a problem with aquablation ?? Can aquablation be done after a Urolift??

Hello, Bob. We would suggest talking to your PCP with any questions or concerns you may have.

I guess the urolift didn't work? That's discouraging

@@AshGreen359 …Yes, it didn’t do much for me. However, each prostate is different, and each urologist has a different skill level.

In a TURP, how is the prostate removed without damaging the Urethra? Also, in the Urolift or Rezum, is the penis flaccid or erect for this procedure?

With Urolift and Rezum you will be fully awake. The pain you will experience will eliminate any notion of being erect. Both are temporary or bridge procedures. You will need an additional procedure for your BPH in a few years. Both are terrible procedures. Ask me how I know....

Rezum is a SCAM. Mine lasted 7 months after treatment, then everything locked up worse than before the procedure. One of the urologists I talked to after my failure, told me that she stopped doing Rezum because she experienced too many treatment failures.
