idk what y'all are on about, unfrosted strawberry taste like 3 times better than regular strawberry. frosted strawberry is good, but almost tastes like with every bite, the chances of contracting diabetes increases. the unfrosted ones however, are still good like the frosted, but arent so sweet that your teeth disentegrate. i also feel the same for unfrosted blueberry, which is my favorite poptart. idk about unfrosted cinnamon though, since ive never tried it, but it sounds like an objectively worse version of cinnamon.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon used to be my favorite as a kid (I haven't had Pop-Tarts in years). Both those and the unfrosted varieties were definitely always better toasted. The filling in the brown sugar cinnamon pleasantly thins out a bit when warm, and the crust (on the unfrosted ones especially) crisps up a bit and the flavor of the crust improves, too.

As for not toasted, I actually prefer a lot of the fruit ones not cooked. Brown sugar is my weird one. I usually prefer it not toasted but every once in a while I want some brown sugar flavor that's warm.
