Hey, dear Prune. I would like to see a specific video about how to deal with depression. As you mentioned in this video, there are a few more things to look into when we have depression. I have had depression since I was a child. Thank you!

These points were not sore today (August)✨This exercise is so so lovely, thank you. I’ve now enlisted the help from another EEM practitioner, we are preparing to work on my grid in November. The two exercises, especially the second, on the heart, I imagine moved lots... lots and lots of yawning✨haha✨Thank you✨thank you Prune✨from rural Victoria Australia✨Lili 🌞

Interesting teacup. Your expression of goodwill here is exemplary. And, yes. Sadness is insurmountable. It however is releived moreso through what I call 'mercy given, mercy received' It comes round full circle in reciprosity. In which you cannot find a way thru it or a way out of it until you have given your whole heart or have given sincere blessings into or toward that which or whatever mnay be causing your crushing blows of trauma that have brought you permanently down. That would be your 'resonance' You must love. Not because you want to but because it is the only way to put death into abeyance. Only then may you try to restore your life. For, once you have known sadness.....how can you ever go back? It's like saying? How do you unlearn the fact of ten million Jewish citizens massacred and obliterated without a careless whisper. As if no one saw it coming?

I'm confused. Everyone says greater HRV is healthy; a sign of heart coherence and resilience? Why would sadness cause that?
