Thank You so much for this gentle Healing.... I began to feel connected, safe and content, with a glimpse of inspiration. As I continued to the nose area, began to release and cry for now particular reason, just releasing energy. This is a powerful energy alignment. I am so Grateful for your sharing. 🌈

This worked for me! I felt lousy all afternoon, a bit nauseous and no energy which isn't typical for me, and my stomach now feels settled. Thank you Prune!

Thanks so much Prune. Im not feeling well at all and I did all the exercises you’ve recently posted. Theres been a definite improvement. I dont feel well by a long shot but I dont feel as weak and drained. Im definitely going to do these every day. Many thanks 💖

Mam Prune Harris, I felt great after doing it once. I am seventy having some allergy & bladder (not getting fully empty) but felt energetic, I am not too sure whether it will help in overcoming my problems. How many times a day I should be doing it. I appreciate you & am really grateful to you to share a wonderful & effective practice which is easy to perform & doesn't pose any risk.

Hi, Prune, am enjoying your calm videos filled with wisdom and kindness. What would you suggest someone postcovid with spastic and very "heavy" muscles + pressure (limbs, abdomen, chest, head, eyes, face - I guess anywhere really)? Old symptom resurfaces with an intensified twist, which kicks in unpredictably. Thank you 🌷🌿

Thank you so much Prune for this amazing technique!, I feel much better!, I want to ask you if I can use this technique everyday because sometimes I woke up at the middle of the night because my body hurts but just the left side from the head to de left leg!, many year ago I had a surgery to remove the left size of the thyroid!. I’m really suffering from frozen shoulder, so much pain over two months and I can’t sleep because of it. Don’t know how much more I can take. Your best healing tips for that please🙏💜

That was good 🎉, thankyou. I did fall half asleep for a few secs during later holds , but managed to keep positions. How many times a day is best..is 2 good?

Hi there, thank you for tapping into this practice with us! Yes, finding deep rest is so common with this work - great to know your system relaxed so deeply :) You are most welcome to bring this in as often as you feel called. Your inner guidance for what feels "right" will kick in. You may find after a while that two times a week may feel more correct for you, so best to tune into how you feel each time you engage with the practice. With gratitude ~ Jennifer

I know Prune said not to put pressure on the throat but are we supposed to press the fingers into the lowest position and keep pressure up throughout? Same for the heel of the hand in the last position. Are we pressing that down the whole time?
