This was a God send... outstanding knowledge and self help. Sometimes, at the height of a triggering of some traumatic experience or memory of it, i would feel like electric shocks in my armpits! Thanks for all your share Prune.x

Awesome videos.... please record at consistent volumes....louder so that I don't have to have my volume cranked up. I live in a shared home and it's difficult to move from a really quiet video that I have turned up full volume to a much louder one that then blasts out until I 'catch' the volume control...and case in point... when Prune is speaking, I can hardly hear it... Naomi comes on and the sound 'blasts' out.... a difficulty when I am trying to manage sound with neighbours in mind....

Thank you. I've been having pain on my chest and cramps on my left little finger since my husband passed away. These techniques are very helpful and your voice very reassuring. Dealing with grief is emotionally and physically painful.

volume between the speakers is not the same.. ones v loud , ones more soft

Best to move gently when massaging... your own body's wisdom will help to guide you. If you find discomfort, perhaps back out a bit and try again with less pressure. As you continue these techniques, there's a good chance that discomfort will dissipate over time. With gratitude ~ Jennifer

Dear prune. I can't touch myself under my right armpit, it hurts and makes me anxious, I touched myself an hour ago and the sensation still bothers me and I have anxiety there. what could it mean and what other exercise could I do to help this area? thanks for your teachings and advice
