I love this, it’s crazy that I have naturally have been doing this to fall asleep at night for as long as I can remember I also rub my feet together, not sure what that means. 🤷‍♀️ thank god I just found your channel. God Bless

I just discovered your video is unbelievable because all that you’re saying it happened to me I am overwhelmed with stress because I have COVID twice and I developed long COVID symptoms I am super tired, stressed and with chronic anxiety and insomnia my immune system is in very bad shape and my energy level not good besides suffering from other illness not connecting to COVID but overall is in my body. I have to take over my own health because nobody knows how to help me is my life and responsibility and looking for someone to help to improve and feeling a little better so I can relax a little bit and not having my brain working overtime looking for help, I know a lot depends on me and my attitude but is difficult when you don’t know what to do so thank you so much for showing me a new way i know from long time about acupuncture the meridians and kinesiology but the way you connected everything make more sense

Cara Prune,In Italy,elderly housewives have such a rest and a sleep in the afternoon-after lunch and after cleaning the kitchen, in the front of their houses!(in small towns) Nice!!!😇🥰

Thank you for this great video. Nor sure if you are aware that You Tube has started inserting obnoxious ads in the middle of your videos, totally disrupting your calm, beautiful voice. I gave up after the second interruption. Perhaps you can get them removed.

Hi Prune, I am looking for something I could do to release mid and lower back pain on the spine, it usually a daily pain for me but it intensifies during my period. Could you recommend anything I could do please, thank you🙏

Dear Prune, what do you advise for new moms who have constant interrupted sleep? We are told to sleep when baby sleeps but even with that, the interruption of sleep really affects my energy levels. Would appreciate any tips.

Thank you so much for all the information you so kindly share with us. I suffer from dizziness after a vertigo episode for the last four months. The MRI showed there’s nothing wrong in my head. Tammy, I don't represent Prune, only me. 🙂 I believe you need to focus on the spleen meridian and triple warmer meridian. If you search for a video on those two meridians, you will probably find the answer.
