Fridays are for the boys. Well...we all felt about the same on this one. Pretty beat up from the week. Double Dumbbell Front Rack and Thrusters are like my worst movement. I just played it smart from the get go. Even though I'm now at 300+ Toes to bar for the last week, I was more concerned with the dumbbells. Went unbroken on the toes to bar and first set of Squats. I then broke the other two movements up into sets of 10. For Time 20 Toes to Bar, 40 Double Dumbbell Squats, 20 Toes to bar, 40 Double dumbbell push press, 20 Toes to bar, 40 Double dumbbell Thrusters, 20 Toes to bar. 50lbs for the dumbbells and a 18 minute time cap. Finished 14:12 RX.
