Oof, this one was tough for me today. I could tell after the Squats my nervous system is a little fried from the week. Figured I'd just try to hang on to everything and not so much worry about how far I get. Was able to do that with 1 trip at the beginning of round 2. 11 Minute AMRAP of 7-8-9-10-etc. Bar Muscle ups, 11 Dual Dumbbell Thrusters 50lbs, 56 Double Unders. Finished the 10 Bar muscle ups in the 4th round RX Unbroken.
