PS Fanboys try to defend PS5 Pro Price Tag

I have a PS5 and I have to say, it SUCKS that 80% of the games on the PS store are $4.99 games.. I'd honestly rather have a gaming pc but I don't know enough about pcs to get one comfortably.

It’s really not that hard. It’s really like playing on console! It’s basically plug and play! You can buy a prebuilt one. The only problem with pc is the games are poorly optimized. Some of these triple aaa companies have trouble optimizing these games

This is clickbaity. I've seen not one person say this PS5 Pro is a good idea. I feel the same and I have a PS5, it doesn't even come with a disc drive.

I think what many youtubers don't understand is that the ps5 pro represents the best way to play games on your tv at the highest quality without going through the hassle of a pc. As someone who owns a pc more powerful than the pro, I'm still getting the pro. The price is the price and it's often those who maybe cannot buy it that make the most noise. Is it expensive, sure but many will buy it because they can afford to. In the same way many people buy the iphone pro, galaxy ultra, 4090's, etc. It's a luxury product and I think for a long time, console gamers have benefited from subsidized hardware where other industries have not. As a result, there's a huge sticker shock. Compared to other consoles, the ps5 pro is expensive. Compared to other electronic devices, it's not remotely expensive. The complaining about the price is getting annoying. Just vote with your wallet.
