The game itself works good but the sound is messed up. music is sliced up in parts. Same for voices or certain sound effects. Even just the first piano note as the title menu starts is cut by a fragment of a second. It's a small issue but kind of makes the game unplayable.

Do you know if there will ever be a fix for the stuttering/repeating audio? I can't imagine it'd be the hardest thing in the world to fix. I'd do it myself if I knew how because this game means a lot to me :(

the gameplay is perfect, but unfortunately the audio suffers from a weird bug which gets exponentially more annoying the more you play. I super appreciate this game being playable, though!

When I try playing, the framerate will be around 120 fps and it will be in fast motion instead of balanced and smooth, and at other points it will drop to around 30 and be laggy...

1.4 has an EE overclocker so you can get stable fps in ratchet and clank games with overclocked

hey i got 1.2.1 dose 1.4.0 make the games run better and if so by how much and do i get to keep my save data because when i upated my dolphin emulator it made all my games run way better when before they were all in slow motion but now they all run perfect but i lost all my saves in the process witch was fine i only had 1 game beat on it but on my ps2 emulator i got alot of diffrent saves near the end or in the middle of alot of diffrent games that i really don't want to lose

Yes every new version is better than the previous ones (that's the whole point of a new version...). You should backup your memcards folder, but if you used save states they will not be compatible with the new version.

I don't use save states so I should be good I know it's a stupid question to ask if it's better but I read someone's complain about how his 1.2.1 worked better than his 1.4.0. but I'm wondering by just much better it would be would it. be a noticeable improvent or a slight improvement because currently most my games are in slow motion and I'm hoping this will be like my dolphin upgrade from 4.0.2 to 5.0 where it fixed almost everything I'm just trying to be cautious before I just jump into things

hey man i just recently got this program and ive been testing it out, on my initial try i used my ps2 cd of persona 4 but i noticed that it lags alot because ofc its gonna be slower to read than HDD so yeah i imgburned it on my laptop and then it was running smooth but the graphics is very subpar , so im tweaking stuff but i can't seem to find a good balance. Can you recommend any good settings for me?? My spec is: GeForce GT 630M i5-3210M @ 2.50 Ghz 6gb ram resolution 1366x786 60hz im also using Razers game booster

How did it run smoothly? When I play a game in NBA 2K4 on this version, it'll run slow like 31-52 FPS. The main menus does run smoothly but not when I'm playing a game.

OK, thanks. Check this out... web.archive.org/web/20130312045526/mouseraider.bplaced.net/en/ It looks like a neat solution that would work with all emulators, PCSX2, EPSXE, MAME, etc... It was available for a while, now gone forever. The internet Archive didn't manage to acquire that zip file. A driver such as Mouse Raider is the solution the world needs to be able to play 1st person shooters using console system emulators. The Lily plugin lets you accomplish this, but it only works with PCSX2. Take care.
