nope, but contents from your jailbroken ps4 specially the FPKG won't be usable on the regular or updated ps4. And the contents on the other ps4 that requires your psn account won't work on the jailbroken ps4

if it matches the requirements atleast 250gb and a usb 3.0, then that simply means the hdd is not authentic. There's a lot of fake storage running around, those can't be formatted as extended hdd. You simply have to change your hdd bro. Tomorrow we'll make a video regarding this issue to better address it.

don't format the hdd in the ps4, it will be formatted to extended, that's 2 different kinds of format.

nope, unless you make a partition on a hdd. 1/2 is extended, the other half is external but it's not advisable/

Do you have some experienced with larger capacity external ssd? Now i'm using external hdd 2tb on my ps4 pro jailbreak 11.00 The loading times slighty faster than internal hdd. The only problem is when i turn on n plug my external hdd on ps4 its need several minutes to read and unlock all the game inside it. Will external ssd solved this problem and grant instant access just in several second?

if it takes several minutes to load games, then most probably the hdd already ha slow health. Using ssd will help but I won't recommend it by much. Standard hdd will do as long as there are no issues with the hdd

every time we format the hdd, all contents will be deleted.

I have a brand new hdd and already downloaded some fpkg. and also ready exFAT formatted first at pc. at first time connected to the PS4, i shouldn't format it as extended storage. in order to install those fpkg, and readable at the package installer section. leave it as it is. right?

you can also do that, but if you have 2 hdd's, just have one for a specific job, don't use partition.

most of the time it's not necessary, but there are some games even with lower firmware requirements needs some fix and most of the time its on the back port. You can try it using the base game only, but if you have some issues, then just follow it up with the update/backport

if ang format is extended, then yup ma foformat pa rin yan by either using the disc management on the pc or using other formatting softwares, but either way, hindi ma dedetect ng pc mga content nya ng ps4
