Ps5 LAN cable not connecting

1st Time turning on the play station I show what happens when you turn on the PlayStation with the LAN cable (previously connected or a new cable) connected prior to turning on.
The 2nd time I show the process I have to go through to get the PlayStation to connect which is by plugging in and unplugging the LAN until the option to connect comes up and stays on screen.
