I am constantly amazed and how easy some people are scammed. I joined a Rat Fink group and one of the first posts I saw was "Would you love to have your car tooned?". They posted several pictures of several different cars "tooned". The pictures were drawn by several different artists and signed by those artists. It was so obviously a scam yet people were saying what great work the guy did and how talented he was. People just don't pay attention I guess.

Good for you. It’s such a shame that this kind of stuff is going on but is happening more and more people really need to be careful doing business on the net .

Had the same happen with car parts from Old Rods Speedshop on Facebook. I actually sent a deposit on a gamble. He kept asking for more money for all kinds of reasons. Sucks because these people are hurting our car community relationships.

Glad you didnt get taken. On a side note, where does one get a Model A frame like the black one hanging on the background? My wife just bought a 1.5 ton 1929 Model AA truck and a 1/2 ton bed. I understand the half ton trucks and all the cars used the same frame.

Yes they are the same frame. They're still a lot of them out there. It shouldn't be to hard for find. At least in our area, but if you can't find one let me know I can probably help you find one.

@HardCoreFab hard too trust anyone I guess. The other latest scam I have. Seen is a guy or gal offering too give away a new gaming system to someone if they just pay shipping. The say the lost there child and they can bare too look at it. And want too give it to some one too play it in there honor
