Divine Launch on launcher is much better for PSE burst due to its huge AOE range, if you can use Z mode and aim at floor it is better than Talis for PSE burst now. @@Adam-bc1un

Thanks for the heads-up. While I have been hunting the Tyrant simply because I am enjoying something new to do, the fight is really fun and the info on these weapons is nice to have.

Regarding your request for having the option to select a potential when unlocking potentials, I believe we had that in the original base game. I specifically remember some weapons allowing you to choose what you unlock. who knows, if it's in the pheedback, the devs might choose to put it out. Customization does feel good afterall. BTW, that outfit on Qixel looks great holding the melek katana, very phashionable.

I disagree about being able to just select whatever potential in the future. I like that you have to multi-weapon into something to "select" because it gives players a variety of choices, things to weigh and consider before just auto-pilioting their weapon build. I am kinda over the verschmelz series, because I don't think every class should build every weapon the same. They should feel more distinct, have more clear advantages and disadvantages for using one over the other And the melek weapon series imo is exactly a step in that direction. The addition of the new fixa types is also nice to provide additional ways to think about builds. Now. If only I could get one to drop 😅

Doesn't one just auto-pilot to whatever multi-weapon that will give them the potential they want? Its just an extra barrier that requires you to get a second weapon when there doesn't need to be. Base Game already had it this way where you could choose out of a selection of potentials for certain weapons. I do agree though that with these different weapons and with the new fixas, there isn't a one build fits all anymore. Actually have to think more about it and weigh your options to what you think is best for you.

@@CriticasterQ I guess here is where my mind is right now regarding verschmelz. There are now situations during different times to get over 100% crit chance while using verschmelz. While the damage at first might seem comparable, I think Melek will prove its worth over time. You touch on that in the video. I just enjoy that different weapons come with different abilities is all, I think sometimes limitations can be a good thing.

Nice breakdown def easier to make up my mind now, was debating if it would be worth grinding melek or just sticking with maxing out my versh in LC. Personally I’d like a tisah or 10* but I’m a solo and have no friends after returning to the game after a couple years break lol random solus runs are horrid. Had a guy desire we didn’t have enough dps after getting the boss to 35-40% health with 7 and a half minutes left 😂😂 no deaths flawless run except that asshole 🤦🏽‍♀️

i killed now 600 bosses and never see a melek .... a alliance member do it 15times with me and she gets 2 melek ... "pay2win" premium user vs free2play is too sick scam from sega :D i need the weapon for my classes 4 times multi so 8weapons so i need 1200scales today i killled 50 bosses for it and get only 60 scales i think at this droprate i burn fast out and hate again the game....the last boss drop weapon i ever get was befor some years at pso2 base game with elderpain since this time i only grind and farm and never get anyting ...its really no fun for me if slot 7 comes out iam fine with it, it gets 100% a hp and ponteny slot iam at the moment at 100%floor and 236pp what i want more? yes a bit more potency and hp :D

In general, I've seen that the Neos A with a high fixa (especially if it's termina) is better than the Verschimelz and the Melek, with the Tisah depending more on other factors, such as main/sub class and enhancement level (plus fixas). Against the Flugelguard, it heavily depends on a number of factors and the Flugelguard's utility brings it up (and compensates for the otherwise anemic boost to power), making it very much a UQ and UHD farming weapon.. Basically, Melek is upscaled Relik, easier to get compared to how it used to be, but otherwise similar. Don't get me wrong, it's a solid weapon and is an improvement over the Neos A (unless it has a high fixa) generally, but the Neos A is still a very viable weapon for general use. I would say that the Melek is generally better than the Verschimelz for general play, as the latter is either very situational or has a high fixa termina.

if you know the player count it's not exactly good so, 90% of the playerbase does literally nothing like 90% of their time online too (lul), game isn't dead but it certainly isn't super alive either, a shadow of the playerbase classic PSO2 had during it's lifecycle back then tbh lol, NGS is a disgrace designed to waste your time.

Grand dread keeper is a waste on versch weapons. Get rid of it on the armours for something like the 3.0% Tripble augs (sta or Spi or Gua Tripble) and versch will out perform meleks even harder. My Rod/Jet boots Versch multi is termina 4, and my RA rifle is a fatale Tisah... so I'm grinding out Melek only for the other main weapons I use in each class that isn't FO/BO/RA.

09:45 Verschmelz is using its own augments (for weapon and armor) and subclass for the calculations. It doesn't use the Grand Dread Keeper for this at all
