My B12 is super high 1200+ without supplementation? I take a b without 12. My psoriasis is all down my legs but a bit on my arms. Why is my B12 always so elevated? No one has been able to identify cause. Thoughts please.

I’ve found nothing works and I have become a grotesque mutant and I now live in a cave and scare kids and backpackers

Also, as an organic milk, vitamin D fortified, drinker, should I consider switching to almond milk? Again, I prefer cow's milk, but am concerned about the inflammatory effects from cow's milk.

Some people tolerate cow's dairy just fine. Others do not. You could try switching to a non dairy milk for 2-4 weeks and see if you notice any changes or improvements. You could also try goat milk if it's available where you live

Im drinking raw A2 grass fed cows milk and kefir as psoriasis is related to the gut/immune system. I also take cod liver oil and vitamin d3 my psoriasis is clearing up well. Oh I have also been using a grass fed beef tallow moisturizer it's so good as a topical.

Unfortunately, almond milk has a high concentration of oxalates.

Cold showers. And salt water on scalp.and affected area

Jennifer, are whole grain bread and english muffins safe in psoriasis? I have tried gliten free foods, but dislike the texture and taste.

It would depend upon whether gluten is a problem for you. For some it is and thus those would be an issue since they contain gluten

I just heard we need more fiber in our gut and so I’m eating larger big salads. One of those makes a meal.

Ive found that fermented foods are great ive been drinking kefir and eating sauerkraut.
