@@emivasco87 bought a 500 dollar 4K 50inch tv for my room not gonna change it. And I found another PSP go at value village like mint condition almost. The game that was paused on it said was paused in 2010.

So if my screen only has the yellow white and red inputs is there a setting in the PSP where I can switch the component to regular RCA, I just had my PSP repaired some time ago and I'm trying to obtain a cable specifically for an (ICE) in-car entertainment system and it only has regular RCA inputs and outputs? ✨✨👍

There is a composite cable as well and I believe it's generally cheaper than the component option

Support 480i for crt tv? Or 240p this component cable, because i see on amazon a generic cables and i'm not sure if this generic cables suports the 480i for the crt tv.

I *JUST* tried it now on my JVC AV-32432 CRT and I will release a video on it next week. Until then, short answer is the PSP Go only has an output toggle for interlace or progressive but I didn't see anywhere to toggle the scan line resolution. Using the component cables in the CRT I had no signal using progressive scan but an image with interlace, so this leads me to believe that it's set to 480. Stay tuned for the video 😊

Are the third party component cables for psp go are of same quality as original ones in general? I can't seem to find the official ones anywhere i live

Will this option of TV out work if you have a modded custom firmware on the PSP Go?

I can't say for sure as I don't (yet) have custom firmware on it but I would like to think anyone developing cfw wouldn't remove that function. If you can still access the settings you should be able to utilize the output. Hopefully someone can confirm for us 👍

It's cool and all but I find that the ps vita tv is much better coz u can have 64gb worth of game it will ay psone psp vita and minis and it's hdmi and u can ues a ps4 or a ps3 control as well but the go is still the best handheld :)

There is an alternative cable that can be used to connect the PSPgo to a tv and charge it at the same time. Do you know where I can get it?

I'm not familiar with the cable alone but the cable with the PSP Cradle dock will do both allow TV play and charge: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5DFdJqajJyBsJo

Unfortunately the PS Vita does not output video; for that, we need to use the PSVITA TV, a separate console specifically for playing Vita games on TV 👍
