Thank you, Peter, the first video I watched was about "Psychology for kind people" which still in my mind and the message motivate me to be or to stay kind and subsequently lead to happiness. This one I just watched this morning and will go outside soon to expose to sunlight and enjoy the day, all the ways you suggested are good, top 3 are, exercise , stay dark while going to toilet at night, and accept the fact that we have discomfort, downtime even we do our best to keep oir mind positive, it is ok to be not ok. I should get my head straight, n really explore how i would like to live/be in 5 years, as sometimes i cant seem to have a strong enough direction in life 🙏 great advices
