hi im not sure how you identify. you have mr in your name so I just wanted to say that in case you're a boy/man, boys/men receive far fewer compliments than women. it's a really unfortunate feature of our society. if you're a girl/woman, the older you get, the less often you receive compliments in my opinion. if you identify in a different way, that adds a whole other layer of complexity in the way people interact with someone. But really, what can you say other than a thank you? Others may express their thankfulness with a lot more words and actions, but in the end they're still expressing their thankyou's -something that you still can achieve even with 2 words. It's okay! You might repeat that moment in your head for the rest of the month but it's still a moment of just few seconds. If a breathing exercise helps you then do that, if screaming helps you then do that, if hugging helps you then do that. At the end of the day you're still loved❣️

I'm attractive depending on the day. Sometimes I look in the mirror and think: "ok, I'm handsome". Other times I can't stop thinking "what the hell is wrong to my face". Honestly since a lot of people were more negatively impacted by this video than positively, here’s the best advice I can give. You can only change your appearance so much, you are who you are, and you need to own that. A LOT of people don’t think they’re attractive, and that lack of confidence is what hurts so many people. But if you can improve your confidence, or even project it (literally fake it until you make it) it does wonders for your attractiveness. Absolutely 80% of what makes someone attractive is personality. It sounds cliche but it’s true. I’ve known girls who I thought were stunning, but after getting to know them a bit, realizing they were rude stuck up bratty bimbos, they start to look a lot more ugly. While on the contrary, my girlfriend, whom when I met I thought was okay, she didn’t stand out to me visually. But after getting to know her overtime. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, selflessness, I’m literally convinced she’s the most beautiful woman I know. And we’ve been together for just over 4 years now. So please, if you look in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, don’t let yourself fall into a depressive hole, I’ve been there. Do what you can to take care of yourself: proper hygiene, put effort into how you dress, formulate your own style. And don’t get stuck on things you can’t change. Learn to cook decent, be chivalrous, be kind, be confident, develop a good sense of humor, but also learn to adapt to others. Fellas there’s only one “you” and you matter. You can change yourself for the better. Don’t just look for the girl who’s for you, be the guy some girl out there is looking for.

The best way tell in my opinion is to look at the people you hang out with or have hung out with. If all your friends are clapped and the women who talk to you aren't really that stunning it gives you a good idea of your attractiveness. You always go to people similar to you. If you are black in a mostly white school you will 9/10 approach the other few black kids first. If you are clapped and you see a group of good looking people you will hardly go to the good looking people, unless you have self esteem issues and are afraid of them even though you look good yourself. I have never been friends or talked to clapped girls and in general I was never clapped people. I have never been insulted for being clapped despite weighing being 115 pounds at 10 years old. Another great indicator of looking good Is of you have acne and pimples, if you don't have those, then you probably look great.

Abstract is the opposite, and usually deals in shapes. A good example of this is Picassos art.
