Aaron Krasner discusses the value of a solid rupture / repair cycle when dealing with children with psychopathology. A lot of parents imagine they’re destroying their children when they have a rageful response to a provocation. But really, all you gotta do to be a decent parent is walk it back the next day and calmly explain to your kid why you acted the way you did.
----------------------------------------
We talked with Aaron Krasner about Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and the mental health field in general. He is a psychiatrist, and an expert on emerging personality disorders in adolescents, among (many) other things.

These videos are excellent, they bring a wealth of valuable information. But I just don't understand why they are divided into 5 minute clips instead of just posting them as a whole interview? It is a nuisance to keep jumping from video to another feeling like you're messing good information because the whole thing isn't in front of you!

I think they should do both. Entire interview and then clips!

This video it is really helpful, I believe people with anti social behavior can learn to become pro social, try to see the best in them when they do something cooperative and dont respond if they act in uncooperative ways.

I think you're right for many people with antisocial behaviour, although I would imagine it must be very difficult to treat antisocial behaviour that is ego-syntonic. How do you convince somebody to act prosocial when antisocial behaviour is endorsed and integral to their identity?

Lol precisely. The target audience of these types of videos is usually parents desperately wanting someone to coddle them and tell them that they're good while they probably aren't.
