I was on antidepressants for 9 years....I was diagnosed with all those labels by a psychiatrist. I was having 8-15 panic attacks per DAY! and after coming off meds for 6 months, I thought I would have to go back on because I was struggling. After listening to Andrew speak, those attacks stopped that day. I got angry at my situation and my anxiety disappeared. I noticed a shift in my thinking and internal voice and now months later, I'm in better shape, clearer mind and have opportunities like I've never had before. Hes right...men shouldn't talk about their feelings. They need to be empowered to get the F back out there and work for yourself because no one cares about you! Good luck.

Also, being told you have depression for life is real....Dysthymiais a label I was given and it's low moods for the rest of your life with bouts of deeper depression. RIDICULOUS! Get off the pills and fix your life. Anxiety is being in your thoughts too much without control. Depression is the feeling you've lost control of your real world life. Faith and hard work will pay off!

Jesus Christ Loves You and He died on The Cross and rose again 3 days later for yours and everyone's Sins. ✝️❤️ Here is my Testimony: I use to to Very very depressed and anxious and Suicidal for 2 - 3 years from 2019 - 2022. I would get anxiety attacks almost every week. I was sleep deprived because of the anxiety attacks. So I was failing school. Then one day I seen a Christian KZbin video in my Recommended I watched it and I saw more and more Christian videos Recommended to me. And One Day I gave my Life To Jesus Christ and all my Depression, Suicidal thoughts and actions and anxiety Went away Immediately. I Started balling my Eyes out Because I felt the Love of God. And I have not been depressed, suicidal and had anxiety ever since and the was 1 1/2 years ago. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Tate saved my life. If there wasn't for some silly Tate youtube short to discover him my mind would have turned into a potato from all the brain-disentangling panic attacks I used to have. It seems nobody else can help you fix those problems, nowadays, only make them worse. From my experience, psychologists are too passive, they are scared to upset you even a tiny bit, they just hear you blah blah and schedule new appointments.

From what I’ve experienced with my friends, most doctors in the UK are exactly how Andrew describes, and are certainly not like you. People go to the doctor with depression, the doctor instantly puts them on pills that just numb their mind and then that’s the end of it. The support they get is terrible. Andrew certainly knows what he’s talking about.

The issue is that many psychiatrists make it seem to their patients that they have a condition which they have no control over and therefore the patient ends up in a deeper depression. If qualified doctorls came out today and said that depression is taking accountability and changing your life, I am certain that 99% of people with gullible minds would come out of their depression. However I agree to what you said in the video, people who have cancer and depressed because of it would require a different help compared to people who can actively change their environment and life. @@MarcoSanderCoaching

Listening to influencers may be tricky but Andrew tate is a very rational logical man that resonates with my beliefs even prior to knowing him. You have to take everything with a grain of salt but the majority of things he says do make logical sense. When you ask people if they like the man they cannot fully tell you why they dislike him and they can’t prove the wrong doings he has done. Most people like to bathe themselves in delusion and blindly follow other people especially this woke culture. It’s sad.

Im assuming you’re from a European country my friend. I’m a respected clinical researcher in the UK and i specialise in chronic disease prevention and wellbeing via lifestyle change. 2:15 actually most UK and US general practitioners use language as if depression is a communicable disease eg you catch it or it just happens. Or you’re born with a chemical imbalance. Often using language that’s more like breaking bad news. Then quickly follow up by recommending SSRIs. Why? Not really their fault. But funding. 15:25 . Here, general practice is assessed by the QUAF, and one metric is the number of prescriptions (or similar measure) So this determines how much funding the government gives a doctors surgery. Hence, they have a motivation to prescribe drugs and the mental health crisis is the perfect tool to throw anti depressants at patients. Even I’ve been recommended them, when my DOG died, but I answered by saying “sorry, with respect I like my libido far too much to consider that option”. None of the very helpful advice you followed with is accessible to patients in the UK and US unless they can pay and find a good psychotherapist. Just finding a good one is hard. The price also excludes the people who desperately need it. 6:53 actually it’s because he’s lived in the UK and US. In the NHS, there are no ‘systemic psychologists’. You’re lucky to access talking therapy. 13:05 proven science? Says the former newspaper editor, and now ‘talks show host’? 8:05 again. I have had that said to me - and I’m a clinical researcher and the doctor knew I had worked with world leading experts in mental health focused on non oharma treatment options. 13:13 or are they verbose/glib? 😊 12:38 read the Lancet series on Physical activity for 50 years of science which supports this. We now move so little, it’s statistically as harmful to society as smoking. Physical inactivity is the pandemic we need to worry about. We move so little is thee third biggest risk factor for chronic disease. 14:05 many of the public do. Few people could tell you the difference between a counsellor or therapist. Again, this is due to lack of resources meaning doctors are rewarded for sending patients away with a script. remember our freeUK healthcare has been something world leading and a reliable British institution for decades. Patients would my grandparents age would consider their GP like gods. But we’ve been watching our precious NHS crumble for nearly 20 years. And now, doctors have ten min slots to identify symptoms, after a treatment plan and they’re told to only address one problem in an appointment. So taking an interdisciplinary approach is impossible. 15:25 again. Our healthcare services reinforce that learned helplessness. The UK and US are worst. Other European countries, after meeting hundreds of clinicians at conferences, have a different attitude. Preventative medicine is underfunded. Over 70% of deaths are caused by diseases resulting from unhealthy lifestyles. And it’s only getting worse. My fight, and a minority of other researchers, is to change this. This is not a defence of Tate or a disagreement with you my good man. In fact we lean toward a similar perspective of health. However, since he’s not a clinician he can’t express these things clinically. So, respectfully, I thought I’d chime in 👍🏼

They're talking about two different things. What Piers Morgan means by clinical depression is a disease that perfectly healthy people get that makes them feel that way. Not as a natural normal way of feeling in response to environmental factors And yes here in the United States doctors because of whatever reason push this idea that depression is a disease that you contract as a healthy person that makes you feel those feelings and that you need antidepressants to remedy that

Blaming depression of the masses on individual responsibility neglects the idea that the society/ culture isn't fundamentally broken somehow. I remember Tate said people in the third world experience less depression and to that I would agree a culture that doesn't treat you like an expendable machine that should fall in line would probably manifest as a less depressing experience of life.

I think reactive depression can be a very real thing. I suffered it after the amputation of my leg when I was seventeen. I suspect it was biochemical in nature, because I was dealing extremely well for a period and then BOOM, it was like someone hit my brain with a hammer. At the same time I agree with Marco that oftentimes 'labels' are not helpful because people assume them as an identity.

Gotta agree with Andrew. At this point shit just be damage control on the other end. And yes doctors do have this mindset of saying you can't get better unless you take this. Anymore you go to jail you really don't even have rights to say no really to services and plus these services don't help you from my personal experience and things I've witnessed majority of ppl do not get better it's all the same shit. Those services being anything to do with alcohol, anger management ect things I've also attended. What have we seen in the court rooms to the actual jails. They'll threaten you in a court room making harsher sentencing "unless" you go to these treatment programs and they'll even have these treatment organizers show up to the jails where even the guards will become aggressive in making you attend something you don't wanna attend.....

Depression is the overall term of it. There´s different types of it, which isn´t being addressed and hugely overlooked by both. Depression levels: 1. Severe depression /suicidal 2. Deep depression 3. mild 4 seasonal Now tell someone who has number 1 and 2 , what tate just said and see how that works out. You simply can´t tell someone to hit the gym and it´s "cured".... With mild/seasonal this would more likely work. Depression also isn´t an isolated diagnosis, you can also have extreme anxiety correlated with that. But just tell them to take control... "Clinical depression is a common and serious medical illness that can be effectively treated. The risk of clinical depression is often higher in individuals with serious medical illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes" - According to tate, go hit the gym and all those issues will go away since you worked on them...Doesn´t work that way, no matter how you try to twist it. People with severe depression, feel so helpless and empty inside that it doesn´t matter what someone says, since it´s a state of mind. And by simply giving someone an anti depressant pill saying here you go and you´ll feel better in 6 weeks, doesn´t work either. Every mass shootings in the US were done by people on anti depressants.... You can fact check everythng i´ve just said and see how full of shit tate actually is, since he hasn´t learned about it or cares to. Tate is very higly narcisstic "control" "power" " self admiration" "Image" "manipulative" etc....

Feeling depressed and actual depression aren't the same thing. I am SICK of people saying about 'labels' ... it is a diagnosis and not a label, if someone has any physical condition you say the diagnosis, not that you won't label them. Having a diagnosis helps people to get help and support and to understand the problem. A diagnosis is empowering. Tate's never been smart, if he doesn't believe depression is an illness who knows what to think ... he'll probably have time to get depressed in jail. Depression can absolutely be cured!

Tate is right and wrong, depending on difference in cognition and brain structure, resilient people can indeed bounce off with the way of thinking he has. Indeed it can help you fight back, but at the same time, there are those that cannot. As you have explained, depression can play on your insecurities, depression plunges you into darkness where you literally cannot feel good about anything that you do. Depression can also hit in another way where it drains your vitality, making you see that everything is pointless in life, which inherently it is, until our personality or needs perhaps give it value. It's a very dangerous take and worst of all, it seems so real that no amount of talk can make you change your view. When I had it, it seemed like nobody loved me and given that love is something I want and crave, if I can't get it and I am not getting it, it became quite real to me that it's impossible to achieve it, because the voice was telling me that it truly is like that. There is also the take where you are greatly disappointed with life in general and how things work. Andrew Tate's words made me reflect, but they do not give me the tools to fight back. It's quite easy to say get better, but it's not so easy to describe how and this is exactly what's the problem with how Andrew Tate suggests it should be dealt with. He has the key, but for people like him, depression cannot be viewed upon as one key opens all doors. Don't get me wrong, but should women get a 6 pack and get a fix that way? There was a very real explanation online on depression that it's basically draining your vitality and energy, if you have no energy and will to live, do you think you will push to the gym and the 6 pack? What if that is not an option and even worse, what if that doesn't fix you, because you don't value your body that much? What if the pillar that supports you is your intellect? In that same explanation there were cases where people were fixing their depression by doing simple tasks, but there were also extremely wealthy, successful people that lose purpose and have no road to walk on.

The reason Tate so heavily disagrees with the medical "term" is because alooooot of people nowadays just tell you "i have x, y, z, better learn to deal with it" basically and even if these labels may apply, the correct course of action doesnt change regardless of issue really. And dont even get me started on how most people are just put under drugs in many cases rather than actually changing their life. He is also talking way more about contemporary culture around mental health than psychotherapist and their treatments

Andrew Tate has some really good insights in some areas. How he talks about women is pretty revolting, and he seems to be extremely naive when it comes to describing things he claims to have done, which he then backpedals on. There's a little bit of Alex Jones 'I was playing a character' syndrome. Also, if you constantly have to talk about your wealth, that comes off as insecure. Extremely wealthy people either keep their mouth shut, or play it down, because flaunting wealth carries serious risk.

Last thing I will add is one side is extremely offended. One is not. Why is it such a big deal if a person wants to fix their life problems a more natural way without forms of medication and isn't that a better solution? The correct ways in our minds and isn't that a better long term solution? It all makes sense why one side is so threatened and offended. It hurts their pockets and makes em look like the villans which of course they are. I'm seeing the long term affects of my own mother being on medications. Hand tremors, poor cordination especially driving, very heavy forgetfulness ect and the doctors tend not to care when she'll request to have changes made. Had she done things more naturally it wouldn't be like this. Her mind also being altered. I mean she struggles financially and says always how she wants to go on vacations yet she'll play pull tabs and buy bowls out. Her whole mind is altered, conflicted and confused and might as well be gone because of it.

People need to stop calling everything that's stressful a depression. Situational depression is just stress. Stress over a current financial situation, unknown job or relationship status (insecurity) or loas of a loved one (understandable). But if you don't know about clinical depression, because you don't believe in it, therefore you push that idea away, then don't talk about it. Being a “psychologist” does not give you any credibility for several reasons: 1) all you did to become a “psychologist” is read a bunch of opinions by mental ill people like Frued - a cocaine addict who wanted to bang his mother and sexualizes children. 2) psychology is NOT a science. Its purely opinionated. There is NO blood test or repeatable controlled experiment you can conduct to accuractly diagnose anyone with a mental condition. The mental conditions themselves are completely made up opinions and groupthink. 3) your world view comes from the opinions of western psychologists. If you study other cultures they have completely different beliefs about mental issues. Since psychology is not a science, there is no way to provide which culture is correct. Finally, you yourself look like you have an eating disorder. You are severely under weight. What’s up with that? Did your mother criticize you a lot as a kid, leading to self hatred and low self esteem, and now you sabotage yourself?
