triggers are used in metal everywhere now, even if its just the bass drum and the snare, the human foot cannot put that much thump into each kick for the speed they are playing and thats a fact, they just go quiet, triggers are one of the best things to come into music, we can now hear the snare and kickers through very fast beats, a good drummer still plays them, this guy is fuckin nuts

I like everything about this band. Just cause i grew up with punk,hardcore and thrash. So listening to a death metal band that has a hardcore like vocalist is like heaven. I mean, a band hat has death metal vocals but sounds like heavy melodic rock is Beyond The Sixth Seal, and they kick some serious ass too.

As much as I love their newer stuff, they haven't done anything that compares with their first album - Scepter of the Ancients. It may have been less structured and raw, but I liked that about them. Their vocalist back then was immense and offered something new. I don't like it when bands have to make their music sound similar to other bands to get recognition.
