You can tell this has soul and if you haven't seen it yet this stellar singer puts his heart into his singing, and it takes real pain and heartbreak to see the boundaries of passion and dedication that you have to touch to worth a grain of your own salt! There are many hollow people today and it gives me great comfort to see that soul and passion is not dead and you should be proud of your talent and never give up on it or let anyone tell you that you are less than they are, or you are out clowning around! the clown aspect makes these videos have more oomph than just a song. The character, acting, facial expressions and diehard refusal to break character make Puddles an extremely recognizable and poignant performer. The entire algorithm is unique and refreshing. Unlike some people, I respect the tireless commitment to character. It's something that gets lost in entertainment so often; or that people can't tell a fictionalized persona from reality. I rarely listened to it and I never was interested enough to learn the names of songs, or bands and band members, or lyrics - but you are the one who has gotten me hooked. I love to listen to you sing and I love to see your courage in the expression of your heart. I don't know if you're a baseball fan but John Smoltz used to be a pitcher for the Atlanta Braves. When he first got to the big leagues everyone knew he had great talent. He was wildly inconsistent and he was encouraged to see a sports psychologist. He realized that was he was doing was ignoring all of the people who loved his talent...but focused on the one or two criticizms and that would consume and he would focus on the negative. He was encouraged to focus on the positive aspects of his talent, and ignore the critics. Once he was able to do that...he won the Cy Young award was one the best pitchers of all time and ended up in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Puddles...there are so many people who love your talent and please don't focus on your (few) critics. You're awsome and we all know it!

I was sharing your video to my friend dealing with cancer and I was hoping that she will have a moment of laugh a tear perhaps to understand how small are we and how important our friendships and connections are to others when a person is lacking of things to hang on. She was asking me if you can smile. I told her it is only a mascara to people to tell how important it is to be yourself and not to be afraid of others judgment.
